Instance Deployment
The establishment of a Seiton instance constitutes a professional agreement between Seiton Intelligence Inc. and your Clinical Institution.
By initializing your clinical instance at seiton-crm.com, you confirm that you are a registered medical/aesthetic professional or an authorized representative of a clinical business. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Instance Credentials and for all clinical operations performed under your unique institutional ID.
Investment & Tiers
Seiton CRM operates on an "Institutional Subscription" model. These are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis.
Auto-Renewal Protocol
Subscriptions renew automatically to ensure clinical continuity. You may terminate your investment at any time via the billing dashboard.
Tier Transition
Instance upgrades from Expert to Enterprise involve a pro-rata calculation performed instantly by our auditing engine.
Refund Policy: Due to the high-fidelity nature of our clinical infrastructure and instant provisioning of institutional resources, Seiton operates a strict "No Refund" policy for digital subscriptions. We recommend utilizing our demonstration resources before committing to a full audit tier.
System Availability (SLA)
We strive for a 99.9% Core Service Uptime. However, clinical operations may be subject to planned "Intelligence Updates" or maintenance windows, which are typically performed during low-traffic institutional hours (Saturdays/Sundays 02:00-04:00 UTC).
Force Majeure
Seiton is not liable for service interruptions caused by global infrastructure failure, ISP latency, or legislative "Black Swan" events beyond our architectural control.
Intellectual Property
The Seiton CRM codebase, proprietary algorithms, clinical mapping UI, and visual identity remain the exclusive property of Seiton Intelligence Inc.
- Your Assets: You retain complete ownership of your patient PHI, original treatment protocols, and clinic-specific photographs.
- Platform License: We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to operate your clinical instance for the duration of your active subscription.
- Prohibited Actions: Reverse engineering the system, "scraping" clinical templates for external resale, or attempting to breach the instance isolation layers is strictly prohibited.
Termination Protocol
Institutional users may terminate their accounts at any time. Upon termination:
Instance is flagged for decommissioning within 30 days.
Final .CSV export of patient metadata and appointment history is available.
Seiton reserves the right to terminate any instance that is found to be engaged in illegal activity, fraudulent clinical practices, or "Bot-Based" system abuse.
Institutional Liability
Medical Responsibility: You recognize that Seiton CRM is a management system, not a medical device or Diagnostic Tool. All clinical decisions, treatment dosages, and surgical protocols performed via Seiton alerts are the sole responsibility of the attending Practitioner.
Limited Compensation Protocol
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seiton’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the service in the immediate 12-month window preceding the incident. Seiton is not liable for loss of clinical profit, patient attrition, or reputation damage.
Global Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of Romania (European Union jurisdiction) for international partners. Any institutional disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Bucharest before legal court proceedings are initiated.
