Welcome to Seiton (https://seiton.online). By accessing or using the website and service, you agree to these terms.
1. Overview
Seiton is a read-only morning briefing for bootstrapped SaaS founders. You connect billing, analytics, search and reliability tools you already use. Seiton compares what changed against your own recent baseline and delivers one prioritized briefing — what changed, how much money is at risk, and what deserves attention.Seiton does not refund customers, send messages to your users, or write back to connected tools.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials confidential. A credit card is not required to start a trial. Payment details are collected by Stripe only if you subscribe after the trial.
3. Free Trial & Subscriptions
New users receive a 14-day free trial with no credit card. The trial clock starts when you create your first project, not at signup. After the trial, an active subscription is required to keep using project dashboards. Solo is $29/month or $290/year for 1 site. Operator is $99/month or $990/year for up to 10 sites. If you do not subscribe, stored project data is kept for 7 days after the trial ends and then deleted. If you cancel a paid subscription, data is kept for 30 days after the end of the period you paid for and then deleted, unless you ask for earlier deletion. Collection stops when access ends; the retention window covers data collected before that point. Deletion is performed by a scheduled job and removes project data and stored provider credentials — not your account, and not our records of payments you made.
4. Plan, sensors, and limits
There are two live plans. They include the same product — all current health dimensions and a daily briefing — and differ only by how many sites you can monitor (1 on Solo, 10 on Operator). Access is not metered by pageview or event counts. Connecting additional sensors (analytics, Search Console, Sentry and others) improves briefing confidence; unmonitored dimensions stay unmonitored rather than scoring as unhealthy.
5. Connected tools
You authorize Seiton to read data from providers you connect, within the scopes those providers expose. You can revoke access in the original provider at any time. You remain responsible for the accounts you connect and for any legal basis required to process that data.
6. Data
How we collect, store and delete information is described in the Privacy Policy and the Security page. Connected customer data is not used to train models.
7. Data processing
For personal data you send into Seiton from connected tools, you are the controller and Seiton is the processor. For your Seiton account and billing with us, Seiton is the controller. We implement technical and organizational measures described on the Security page. We do not claim SOC 2 or other certifications we have not obtained. A Data Processing Agreement is available; email hello@seiton.online to execute it before you process EU personal data through the service.
8. Updates to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or on the website.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. The courts of Romania have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
