Connect it

  1. 1Press Connect on Google Search Console and sign in with the Google account that owns the property.
  2. 2Grant the read-only Search Console scope. Seiton never requests write access.
  3. 3Pick the property that matches this project. Domain properties and URL-prefix properties both work.
  4. 4The first sync starts as soon as the property is chosen and backfills history.

Worth knowing

  • Search Console data lags by two to three days at Google's end. A gap at the right edge of the SEO chart is Google, not Seiton.
  • Query, page and health series cover 90 days; the date series covers 16 months, which is why SEO → All reaches further back than 3M.

Disconnecting

Disconnect from the Integrations page. Seiton deletes the stored credentials, removes any webhook endpoint it created in your account, and strips the fields this provider owned out of your snapshots — those metrics go back to insufficient data rather than freezing at their last value.

Revoking the token or OAuth grant inside Google Search Console works just as well and stops reads immediately. The connection then shows as revoked on the next sync, with the reason.
